can you make the length to size as well for example 30" W X 60" L
Hi! The length of the cellular shades is only available in standard sizes. Cellular shades are made to look good even with extra fabric length. They fold nicely at the bottom of the shade.
The inside molding of my window has many levels and there is no flat surface that is more than 1/2". So I cannot inside mount a shade. But the very top of my molding sticks out 1.75" from the rest of the molding. Is that a problem for outside mounting?
No, that shouldn't be a problem. The product information indicates this cellular shade can be mounted both inside and outside the window frame. For inside mounts, a minimum depth of 1.5" is required, or 2" for a flush mount. Since you don't have the required depth for an inside mount, an outside mount is perfectly acceptable and the protrusion of your molding won't interfere with the installation.
