When I order a window shade how do I contact you about the length I need? You say “cut to order” , but there is no link/window to do so. I have a window that is 60.25” wide and 30.25” high. 48” is way to long to work. Thank you for your time, Barbara

this is for: Cordless Cellular Shades: worked when installed. Now one cannot be lowered anymore fully. As hard as I pull, it does not come down. How do I adjust it in the upper part?
