Do I need to have access to underneath to deck to install these? Also what are they installed with, through bolt or carriage bolt with washer and nut on other side? Do they come with the installation hardware? Like if installing on fully build deck. Thank

what cable comes with the kit?

Does the kit come with a bottom rail and in a bronze color?

I have a distance of 110 inches. How would I make that work if I purchase the kit? Can it be cut to a shorter length?
