I have a Delta shower only 1600 series that is squealing like a stuck pig and dripping. Do I need the stem unit RP1991 or just seats and springs?
I see that it has the seats but I don't see the springs are they included?

What size is the thread for the screw that holds the handle on? How long of a screw is needed?

can i pick it up this item at pointe claire store delta stem unit model # RP 1991
I am not familiar with the stock available at the Pointe Claire Home Depot in Quebec, Canada. This question is better answered by the Canadian 800 number line.

Does the Delta Stem Unit Model #RP1991 require the little springs?
Yes. Use but I used the springs from the existing valve. They were fine.
