When we removed our existing basin, it literally just lifted right up after dremling the drain. Does this require a mortar under neath it?
Yes, the DreamLine SlimLine 60 in. x 34 in. Single Threshold Shower Pan (Model DLT-1134602) does require a mortar bed underneath for proper installation. We recommend setting the base into a bed of mortar to ensure full support, eliminate movement or flexing, and maintain long-term stability. Unlike some lightweight basins that may not have required mortar, SlimLine pans are designed to rest securely with mortar underneath, especially to accommodate slight variances in the subfloor. How wide (not high) is the threshold. Shower doors specify minimum widths for thresholds they are compatible with, so I need to know the width of the threshold to choose a shower door.

I think/hope your listing is wrong. All sizes are claiming 15" is where the center drain is located. Why! I'd hope maybe that's true on 30", but then 32" maybe that's at 16"? It says it's at 15" for ALL sizes 30/32/34/36 which seems odd to me.
