E-Z ancor twist-N-lock 75 medium duty nylon flat head phillips drywall anchors with screws (4-Pack) are self-drilling anchors for medium duty applications. Install with only a #2 Phillips screwdriver. Perfect for hanging mirrors, picture frames, shelving, light fixtures and bathroom accessories. Can I use two of these to hang a curtain rail from a drywall ceiling? (Rail and curtain hardware weigh 15 oz, curtains weigh 2 lbs 13 oz). My understanding is that weight capacity is 1/3 in ceiling applications, so 25 lbs seemed safe for this load.
