      A:  This is not an outdoor camera. It does a good job of picking up motion and recording though glass once you turn off the status light. It works with Alexa. I’ve had mine for over 2 years and love it! Never had a problem with it and it helped me to catch my neighbor stealing from me. Worth the price!

              A:  Unplug it, try to connect to WiFi again. Hold down reset if it doesn’t work and go through set up again from scratch. If those don’t work, check your WiFi and reset it. If nothing works try moving it closer to the WiFi

              A:  Probably have to reset it. unplug and start over from the beginning with the set up. This is my best camera. It always stay connected. or You may want to check your upload on your internet. I have problem with connecting more camera because the upload speed is very low in my area. But reset this camera and reconnect.

                              A:  I believe that as long as the person creates their own account, they can add this camera to it by simply scanning the barcode on the camera. Also, they can disable your camera by unplugging it or resetting their wifi and password. However, either of the above would be known to you because you would lose your connection to the camera.

                              Love, Love, Love this camera!
                              I have several older kinds of cameras around the house. The kind that you can move the perspective remotely and get a good view of the area. This one is as good or better than them and the low light picture is amazing! I have this one on the kitchen counter and it looks over the living room and dining room where my dogs like to "hang out" it allows me to see what they are doing when I am at work. I highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a good inside camera!

                              Good Video But Fight Install
                              What you get in the box; A 4" ball camera that has vertical and horizontal tracking, with viewer input for rotational movement, wall wart, 10' power cord, 3' Ethernet cord, mounting bracket for wall or ceiling mounting with mounting hardware, and a set of basic instructions that really need more detail. The camera can store videos locally by installing a mini SD card (not Included). This is a nice camera but it has an setup quirk. When trying to set this camera up, I had to turn off the 5G signal on my router. The strange part is that the instructions only mention that the camera will only connect to 2.4G signal. The instructions don't tell you that you must turn off the 5G on dual band routers to get a successful WiFi connection. This made connecting it to the router very frustrating to say the least. I contacted support with my problem and they got back to me within 24 hours. In their reply they mentioned turning off the 5G on the router. Everything went smoothly after 5G was turned off. Once the camera is connected you can turn the 5G back on. The instructions and the app's setup steps need to call this out clearly. Overall the camera does what it claims and has a very clear video output with sound. The motion detection is good and the camera will follow moment if it's not too fast or to close for it to track. The cameras video can be flipped to allow for ceiling mount. IR night vision can be turned off and the camera will continue to send color video but the image will have much more noise. With all the new good new cameras on the market you really want the best software you can get. After testing numerous cameras the hardware seems to be very good across all the manufactures, it’s the software that makes the camera into something that’s easy to install and use. This camera seems to fall somewhere in the middle of the pack.

                              MINI 360 PLUS - impressive features in a small package
                              The Mini 360 is just that - everything packed into a sphere almost 4 inches in diameter. The only thing that's not inside the Mini is the power supply; basically a wall USB power supply and cord. You do have mounting options- just setting the Mini on a shelf or mounting it on a wall or ceiling with included mounting hardware. This a camera meant for indoor use - monitoring your pets or kids although it can be used for security. It's so fashionable I doubt it would be noticed as a camera. The Mini 360 includes everything you need to power it up. Just download the EZVIZ app and link your camera with the QR Code affixed to the bottom of the camera or on the instruction manual. The included manual only details the setup of the camera. The app helps with the network and connection to the Mini. So, items needed for Mini to work; internet, router, wired or wireless camera connection to your network, a smartphone set to the same wireless as the Mini will use and the EZVIZ app downloaded and installed. Operation: Mini is quite responsive from the app. In the home it is great, however, out of your network, things get laggy. You have to be careful with app operations of movement. The network lag can cause you to overshoot. You just have to be patient and allow instructions from the app to reach the Mini and back to your phone. The two-way audio is fair, not bad considering the mic and speakers are fitted in the sphere. Night vision and just plain video clarity is impressive for a miniature camera. I have not used the SD storage option nor the cloud storage. I'm fine with the live streaming although I wonder if there is a PC based app. I couldn't find anything for Windows, but phone cast does a good substitute. A great value for this feature rich Mini security camera.

                              FRUSTRATING
                              This Mini 360 Plus 1080p Pan/Tilt Smart Home Wi-Fi Security Camera Motion Tracking and Image Touch Navigation sounds like a mini masterpiece in security cameras. I wish I could agree 100 percent everything the producers say it can do. BUT after 45 minutes one night and another 30 minutes today, following the instructions to the “t” even making sure my router is a 2.4 Ghz which is the only one the camera will recognize, the info will not “push” from my smartphone to the camera. The instructions say after entering the wi-fi pin to hold the smartphone 5” from the camera and in less than 2 minutes the blinking red and blue lights on the camera will stay solid blue showing connection. It never happened. We live in a remote rural area and I can't tell what my Mbp streaming rate is. Very frustrating.

                              Great daylight camera, good night vision, Good Value
                              For the price, I don't know if you'll find a better camera with more features. If you place it correctly it really can see just about every area of a room. I put it first on my mantle to test it out and it has GREAT daylight clarity and really good night vision as well. but at about 5 feet off the ground that limits the bottom half of the room from being in frame. It really needs to be set on something lower, ideally between table and counter height to see the most area. I ultimately moved it to the garage and mounted it on the ceiling, very easy with the included hardware. In the pictures the point I zoomed in to is about 25 feet away, one set of pics is with the garage lights on, one is total darkness. The app works great, I had a trip across the country and weather I was on cellular or wifi the video was crisp and the motion was quickly responsive. The cloud storage works great, though I don't know if I'll pay after the 30 day trial is up. It does have a slot for a micro SD card which is what I will probably use long term. The cons? Motion tracking is good when you walk by at a moderate pace, as in it would NEVER keep up with my kids, so for a burglar moving quickly I don't know how well it would track, but depending on placement you can work around that and turn motion tracking off. I also wish when I pit the pan/tilt button on the app it went right to pan/tilt vs 360 image, I just have to click another tab for pan/tilt But for the price, you can't beat it, wifi pan/tilt with and HD and night vision camera for under $100! Don't use this as the ONLY camera to protect you, but it's versatility and ease of use makes it a great add on or supplement (like me putting it in the garage) to other security methods or a great option for simple home monitoring.

                              Good Size, Attractive Design, Wide Angle View
                              The Enziv mini 360 home security wifi camera has a nice appearance and is a convenient size for mounting in a variety of small spaces. However, it feels very fragile when handling because the black portion on the top actually swivels - some other motion tracking security cameras with this dome design are built to where the camera inside the dome swivels rather than the entire dome moving. So, be cautious when handling the dome so that you don't inadvertently break the swivel mechanism. This security camera can be wall or ceiling mounted and the hardware design is very simple and convenient. However, we set it on our fireplace mantle amongst other decor and it is not very noticeable. There is an SD card storage slot which is very useful for long-term and portable storage requirements. However, a free app is available for live viewing as well (iOS and Android). We set up for Android, and the software download for mobile device viewing pushes Cloud Storage upon startup. It was fairly easy to use for setup and viewing. The picture quality is great. While stationary, the picture is very wide angle and I could see my entire living room in a bubble like view. And then the camera will also pan and tilt upon command or when sensing motion. I found the movement delay time and response time to commands to be very slow and could be considered poor. Dome movements on initialization and pan are rather noisy and jerky at times but the tilt movements are quiet. There is a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio, so if you see someone in your house, you can yell at them through the camera and threaten that police have been called ! Or if you have an elderly parent, you could check on them periodically without them having to get up to answer a phone -- really like this feature! Network configuration was relatively easy, however, the only way I could get it to work was to configure my mobile device for a 2.4Ghz network and not a 5Ghz network during initial setup. It took me quite a while to figure out this was my issue because the 3.5x4” instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. In addition to its small size, the print is a tiny 8pt font in light grey, making it very hard to read even with a magnifier. The manual is available as a click link on Home Depot's web page for the product, and using the zoom feature made it possible to read the manual more easily. The camera comes with a USB cable and USB wall adapter. The cord is a nice length but you'll need to install it in a location where you have the ability to plug it in as there isn't a battery backup. Pros for this security camera are the great picture quality, SD card, and app that allows two-way audio. Cons are design of camera movement, slow response time to commands and somewhat jerky movement. I indicated I would recommend this product because the picture quality really is great and that's very important to me, and I think the two-way audio is cool. However, I'd have chosen "Maybe" for recommendation if that had been an option because I'm concerned about longevity for the camera movement.

                              Only 340 degrees, motion tracking and image touch navigation are elusive
                              The camera has great image quality and the WiFi connection is very responsive. Set up was very easy and fast, especially if you already have the EZViz app. It does not come with an SD card but you can use up to a 128G card to save your gallery and re-watch motion activated activity. It also comes with a 30 day cloud storage option. The included mounting hardware allows for wall or ceiling mounting and the image can be flipped as needed. It even has an Ethernet connection if you prefer to hard wire it to your network, which I think is a huge plus. However, the product description includes features that are just not there or are misstated or missing from the installation instructions. I have scoured the included documentation and the website and cannot find any instructions on how to do the following: 1.) Motion Tracking: From everything I've tried, it does not work. I was under the impression that this meant the camera would follow (track) the motion of a person or object. Motion does trigger the camera, but it does not "Track". 2.) Image touch navigation: the only way to navigate is to go to the small view (see pics) and use the arrows to pan/tilt. This feature sounded like you would be able to touch the image and navigate. 3.) 360°: The included paperwork states that it goes from 0°-340°, which I have confirmed. You cannot go all the way around 360°, you can go 340 and stop and turn back to go the other way. Calling this a 360° camera is a stretch. 4.) Panoramic touch navigation feature, which takes a 360° picture of the room and allows you to simply tap where on image you want to go to automatically pan to that location for live viewing: I simply have no idea how to do this and there are no instructions. If these features are real and I'm missing out on how to do it, then please, add instructions to the product page or the instructions included in the box.
