A:  EZVIZ devices are not yet compatible with the Apple Home Kit. Our Engineers are working on the compatibility between the two clouds.

      A:  Yes, this unit will record video and audio to the SD card with or without WiFi present.

          A:  For this device to function properly, this device has to be connected/stay connected to a 2.4/5Ghz WiFi router. You cannot view the videos from the SD card inserted in this device if the device is offline

            A:  No, the camera must be online to access the memory card remotely.

            A:  first of you have to have good wi-fi to set it up. if your wi-fi is going on off it is ok as long your camera do not loose power, it will reconnect as soon as the wi-fi is available. if cam loose the wi-fi in your app you will see the camera but it will say that is off line and you will not be able to do anything until camera restore connection. as for recording it depend how did you set it up before it loos the connection, if you let it to notify you about motion or sound it will record video and soud and as soon the camera restore connection it will send you notification about it than you will be able to see and it will have sound. AS LONG THE CAMERA HAVE CONNECTION TO WI-FI YOU CAN ACCESS THE MEMORY CARD. NO WI-FI NO ACCESS. I do not know any camera that will grant you access without some sort of internet connection

                              A:  in RE: of mini 360 plus all you need is camera and the app to start using it and it is really simple to connect. as for outdoor if you are referring to a trooper (batteries operate cam) yes you need kit with base to connect to a same app, in fact you connect trooper cam to a base and base connect to a app and you can see all camera with one app. I hope this answer your Q.

                                A:  When you download the app onto your phone it gives you the ability to view 4 cameras. I do not have any outdoor cameras but I would think that as long as it is connected to your internet you would be able to view all three cameras. Hope this helps.

                                  A:  All you have to do is add each camera to the account on the app and you'll be able to see them all. There's no special "Linking". I have 2 mini plus and a mini 360 plus (all three are indoor) and the "husky" (outdoor cam) and I can see everything including recordings on the app without doing anything other than adding the cam to the account on the app. EZVIZ App is free for andriod and ios. hope this helps!

                                    A:  Hello, All EZVIZ cameras indoors or outdoor cameras can be added/synced to one account and viewed as though they are on one base, regardless of the model. So you can purchase WiFi/Cloud cameras and/or wired kits and add all cameras to one EZVIZ account and view them using one mobile app.

                                      A:  I don't think this Item comes in with a base system but you can sync it with other indoor cameras from the same style. try to contact the manufacturing company and see if they offer an outdoor camera under the same system so you can sync it.

                                          A:  Yes! I attached screen shots of what the App looks like. You can set a disable on each day for whatever time period you want. and you can add several to each day individually, like on Monday you say say notify me anytime except from 8-9:15 am, and 3-4 pm and 9-10pm or whatever. You can also select if an audible alarm is played and adjust the sensitivity of the notification, so maybe you can turn it down low enough that it doesn't notify you of a cat, but does of a person... I've had this for almost a year now and it's been great.

                                                      A:  I don't think you can use 128gb card. Check the details of the cam, it will tell you somewhere what card it wants. You can view it from the playback on your phone or tablet, or take the card out and put in a "reader".

                                                        A:  I have 16GB card in this camera and mainly I can see recording back for 3.5 weeks and this is set to see only recording and is in living room which receive a lot of motion detection. Now for 128GB I'm assuming you will be able to see 6 months if not more depending on motion triggers, as for camera recording it only record the motion you can't set it up to record 24/7.

                                                        A:  Hello, for the mini 360 plus, you should be able to record 4-5 months worth of video on a 128GB micro SD card. Please note that this device records motion events only. You do not need a specialized software to view the recordings, you can just view the recordings from your mobile/web app or PC studio software.
