The Elkay 33in. Single Bowl SS Sink is great! The entire bottom side of the sink is layered with a sound-dampening spray that is thick which makes the sink almost silent when using it if something were to hit the side or drop into the sink. The kit comes with a bottom liner that helps to keep water flowing to the drain and keeps stuff off the bottom and saving the sink from getting scratched up at all. The Black finish on the faucet is a nice touch and goes well with the stainless steel sink. Elkay has always from the products I have gotten seemed to be of great quality and I will continue to recommend their stuff to friends and family. Also, there is an install template included which is awesome for any DIY'ers making install process quick and super painless. I basically just cut around the temp and dropped the sink into place in under 10 minutes. Great product and great company!

I was not expecting this combo sink, drain, and faucet to be of this high of quality! To start off with the sink is well packaged to avoid damage and the sink itself is HEAVY! The thick stainless steel's weight is added onto with a generous layer of a sound deadening coating plus pads on each side to further reduce the sound a steel sink can make while washing pans or pots. This combo comes with a chipboard template that is stiff and usable (unlike thin paper templates that are hard to use} The faucet is of high quality and comes with everything you need (Plus the kitchen sink...Ha!) to mount it.The single handled control with a pull down sprayer is a modern touch for today's kitchen. I was also impressed with the sink's drain, strainer basket, and sink stopper. The drain is surprisingly deep and so is the strainer basket that goes in it. I was even more impressed that the sink drain comes with it's own cover to help suppress sound. Internally the sink is sloped towards the drain and the drain is in the corner of the sink. That not only means you have a lot of sink area to load vegetables from your garden to wash them off, but the corner drain gives you more under the counter space that is not blocked by the standard center drained sink.

Updated, oversized sink with an extra deep bowl for large pots and pans. This model is mounted underneath the countertop, so there is a smooth counter surface and "clean" look. Great design feature to have the drain in the back corner of the sink, so there is much more space under the counter in front of the drainpipes for storage. The bottom side of the sink is sprayed with a sound guard to reduce the noise of clanging pots and pans, and the stainless steel is top quality Type 304. The sink comes with a faucet which is very sturdy, with a brass body and ceramic cartridge, and a convenient and stylish pre-rinse design. The faucet reaches a full 8.5" and swivels 360 degrees to get to every corner of this big sink and your big pots. I prefer Elkay because they are a quality brand that has been in business for over 20 years since 1920. I didn't want a cheap off-brand permanently installed in my countertop. I am very pleased with the quality and design.

I have been using ELKAY STAINLESS STEEL kitchen sinks both drop in and, over the last 2 decades, almost exclusively undermount models due to the almost universal use of solid material countertops - stone, granite, marble, and man made versions. I have never found consistently higher quality sinks in such a wide range of sizes than ELKAY. Personally, my only disappointment is they are no longer produced in USA but are manufactured in China. The overall inside dimensions of this sink are: 24” x 17” x 9”+/- due to its sloped to the right bottom. It has a 3/4” mounting flange around the top perimeter. At first I was a bit intrigued by the off set drain envisioning greater storage space in the sink 30” sink base. However, now that I have it realize that the garbage disposal hookup will be awkward at best and will present a challenging installation without relocating my current waste pipe. Additionally, mocked up in the sink base, my large Insinkerator disposal takes up so much room that any perceived additional storage space quickly became inconsequential and not worth the added installation work. On other point, I just recently installed a similar sink with an offset drain on one of my kitchen jobs. What I found, somewhat to my surprise, was the deep sink (9” + 1 1/4” stone countertop = 10 1/4” from the countertop surface to the bottom of the sink) PLUS the height from the bottom of the faucet spout to the bottom of the sink is a LONG WAY. Since the forceful water stream was now directed onto the solid bottom of the sink, because the drain was off-center, a great deal of splash back was created. With a centered drain, this is not a problem or a concern because the water stream is generally directed into the drain. For many buyers this may or may not be an issue. I just mention it here because it is consequential enough taken together with the Insinkerator disposal issue that will eliminate it from use in my own kitchen remodel now underway. I love everything else about this sink. I am going to see if a center drain model is offered by ELKAY. Another observation: I think most buyers will want to purchase a bottom rack for a deep sink such as this. It will protect the bottom from major scratches - not a concern of mine - but more importantly bring the bottom of the sink a bit closer to your outstretched hands. The 10 1/4” to the bottom would take some getting used to. I would actually prefer a 8” deep sink. The included faucet is nice enough but nothing special. It has a pullout spout with 2 settings. A cover plate is included for installation on 3 hole applications. ELKAY includes what seems to have become standard for them: a deep drain basket and strainer combination. Some people will like it while others may prefer a standard basket/strainer assembly. Obviously, anyone using a garbage disposal will need to use the mounting ring provided with the disposal. Overall, this is a beautiful sink and a top choice for those buyers in need of a sink with an off-set drain. It’s constructed of 18 ga stainless steel and is fully undercoated to help keep it quiet in the kitchen. Oddly, ELKAY provides no mounting clips with this sink while with other ELKAY sinks they come standard.

This is not a huge sink but we plan to use it as prep sink in our kitchen remodel. At 22.5” the sink is perfect to fit into a 24” cabinet. The sink is very sturdy and is insulated on the underside of the sink. Included in the box is the drain basket for a perfect match. The kit also includes a single handle faucet with a pull down hose from the sprayer. The handle of the faucet is a modern style. Overall this is a great set for the money.

Unfortunately my countertop isn’t ready to install this sink yet, however we felt inclined to point out some specifics. Firstly, the sink is for under mount only, and doesn’t have the side channels to drop in from the top. The sink itself is very durable and has an insulation / anti-scratch coating on the bottom. The faucet is a nice matte black and has the long spray hose feature like that of a commercial kitchen. It also comes with an escutcheon plate to cover if you happen to have 3 holes in the countertop already. The drain that it comes with is has a deep basket feature that would catch most of the waste food in the event you don’t use a garbage disposal.

This beautiful and very well made, polished satin finish Elkay Crosstown 18-Gauge 22.5 inch stainless steel, single bowl, undermount kitchen sink is heavy-duty and so well insulated - the insulation really dulls the banging and clanging of pots and pans extremely well and makes the sink feel and sound very solid. This comes with both the faucet and drain assembly and even included the sink protector grate for the bottom of the sink! The faucet is simple and modern and goes perfect with the sink. We love it.

This Elkay 31.5” under cabinet sink looks nice and has clean lines. We’re replacing an old porcelain, double bowl sink and wanted a single tub design to wash large cookware and the cast iron grates of our gas cooktop. Unlike some of the sinks in this collection, this model must be mounted under the countertop and does not have pre drilled holes that limit the addition of a dish soap dispensers, drinking faucet, etc. This package comes with the sink, which has impressive features like sound guard and 18 gauge stainless, a unique looking, deep strainer (like the strainer basket you find in a pool's filter), collar, template, and an industrial looking black faucet. Instead of the faucet, I should have gotten the accessory package since it comes with a full sized wire rack to prevent scratching. A full sized rack can still be purchased separately however. I really like the off center drain hole because it will free up space underneath the cabinet where we store shopping bags, cleaning supplies, and even a small recycling bin. Overall this set looks like a quality product and we’re excited to have it installed as soon as we pick out a new countertop.

The sink is quite heavy for a single basin 32" sink. The outer surface is completely soundguarded with a white painted membrane. The rear right corner drain is great for utilizing space in the cabinet under the sink...it keeps the disposer and drain pipes out of the way for better storage. The faucet is great but I'd rather the flex part have been black matte finish like the body and spout. The sink included a nice basket strainer, but I wish they would have also included a bottom grid to help protect the finish.
