Please explain why your product is considerably more expensive than other companies like Kohler or American Standard soaker tubs?
This simple answer is better quality. More specifically, all our products are made in the USA, unlike most competitors. We use thicker acrylic on our tub, have longer warranty, and include the drains. We are more expensive but if you compared both in person you can see the difference in finish, along with components used, amount of fiberglass applied, and quality in all components.
Can you please confirm that the soaking depth is in fact 17.5 inches on the 60x30x20 model? There are conflicting answers to the other questions.
Yes, the soaking depth on this model tub is 17.5".
what glass door is compatible with this tub?
Since we don't manufacture any glass doors, we cannot recommend a specific model but the tub is certainly able to have one installed on it.
What model/brand is the light white/grey tile in the 6th stock image?
We wish could be of help but as the manufacturer of the tub only and not the installer/designer on that specific project we don't know what tile is being used.
I ordered "White with Matching Linear Integral Overflow" but couldnt' find any pics of white drain. What does the round drain part on the bottom look like with this? Is it like what is shown in the pictures, but just white instead of chrome?
Yes, the bottom drain is round toe-tap clicker style drain. Style is exact same as picture but in white.
What is the actual height of the tub that I would be stepping over from the front side once tile is laid? Your spec sheet is confusing.
