      damage to shlpping box
This is the 2nd time to order and both times there was a delay. I couldn’t save the first rose bush but hopefully this one will survive. It sat at Home Depot 6 days before it was given to UPS. The box was beaten up and the soil was dry. Shame on you

The bushes looked pretty puny on arrival, but started to thrive once in the ground.

The rose bush was in bad shape when i opened it upon receipt. It was suffering from something. I've tried to nurture it and bring it back to health and so far it is struggling; however, I think the nursery that grew and shipped this rose bush should replace it. I can provide a picture of the rose bush if needed.

This 3 gallon rose was delivered 2 days ago. It has very few leaves and the ones it has are yellow. The plant is barely 6 inches tall. I planted it but I don’t expect it to survive. I’m very disappointed. The 2 gallon rose that I got last week was beautiful, full of leaves and new growth. It even had several buds.

            Beautiful yellow knockout
I ordered 2 of these yellow roses in March and they both arrived with no leaves and looking dead. However, they state they ship them that way on purpose. After we put them in the ground and added fertilizer they slowly started recovering nicely and are now putting out nice blooms.

So far, the roses are growing beautifully. It is too early to judge their blooms.
