Is this door solid Alder or a veneer?
This door is made with engineered alder with a solid core to prevent warping.
What is the thickness of the glass panels?
Glass panels are 5/8" thick.
What is the dimension of the opening for the glass? In case I want to pull out the paneled glass and replace with one solid glass insert.
The dimension is 22-3/16" wide x 51-5/8" tall. It generally isn't recommended to replace the glass and doing so will void the warranty.
I have 2x6 stud walls can this door be used?
This door comes with a 5.5" jamb. We recommend consulting your contractor or installer for fitment with 2x6 stud walls.
