I believe from the picture it’s hard to tell the difference is 15amp vs a 20 amp switch check your breaker box for that circuit and use the correct size switch make sure you shut the breaker off before doing any work on it
They have higher quality internal components, so the switch will last longer. They also have little metal plates at the screws that grab the wire, rather than relying on just the screw head to hold the wire. Much better in my opinion
