how many pattern variations does it comes with? it looks like there is no practical way of building a natural flow with larger format tiles ( 30x30 )

I would want to keep 1/16 lines. Is it possible? Application will be floor and wall in bathroom. What thin-set, grout and mortar are recommended for 1/16 lines. Need snow white grout color to have marble look
