Is there any bit I can use to cut tile with this?
The M12 12V Lithium-Ion Cordless Rotary Tool features a 1/8 in. collet that is compatible with a wide range of rotary tool accessories. For cutting tile, you would need to use a diamond cutting wheel specifically designed for tile. While the product doesn't come with such a bit, they are readily available and compatible with this tool.
Is there an application that would routinely use the offset driver? I understand that random case that would be beneficial but I’m wondering if I’m missing an obvious daily use for it.

When i was putting in shelving, I was able to get right against the wall to put screws in strait down, since the shelving was sitting on only a half inch lip. I didnt' have to go at an angle to catch the support.
