Your specifications state this is "micro-beveled", but the photos reflect no bevel that I can see, but rather a straight edge. I would like a floor that has a smooth finish on top without crevices to catch dirt. Can you explain what a micro-bevel is, and if each piece of the flooring is actually beveled? or will it have a smooth finish on top after installation?
These vinyl planks are constructed with a micro-beveled edge type. A micro-bevel is cut at a 45 degree angle, which makes it smaller and less noticeable than the typical beveled edge type. Beveled edges won't cause any issues with care and maintenance as any dirt / dust collected can be easily swept with a broom.
