No, this greenhouse does not come with a floor.
Can the PE cover be replaced?
Hello, at this time we are not able to sell individual parts for any of our items including this greenhouse kit other than the few that are available directly on our website. In this case, you may search for it in other stores on Amazon or locally if possible.
Can gophers Penetrate it?

Yes, you just untie them from the frame, then it will come off. But you can also zip open the doors of your lean-to for walk-in easy-access. Leave the door open to vent off excess moister.
