I ordered a 57 inch. It seems like it’s too heavy and slides down by itself. How do you make it stay up?
Thank you for reaching out. Please extend the shade all the way down as far as it can go, and push it all the way up to the top. Do this about 15-20 times. Please make sure you are using both hands when operating the shade. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us at customerservices@allstrongusa.com, and include the name and shipping address that was placed under the order, so we may better assist you.
Is this a typo or we need to have a shade that is 3 inches wider than the window for an inside the window mount and then for an outside mount we need another 3 inches?
Thank you for reaching out! For an inside mount measure the top, middle and bottom of your window frame. Round your narrowest width to the next available size for your final measurement. An outside mount it is recommended to add 6” to your window width measurement to provide better covering. However, this is based on your preference and how much extra space you have. I am mounting the blinds as an outside mount. Does the stated width INCLUDE the width of the bracket? Example to clarify my question: If I have a 120 inch opening and want to cover that opening completely, do I get a two 60 inch wide blinds?
Thank you for reaching out! The mounting bracket does not add on to the width of the product. We recommend (2) 63”W shades for your window measurement as this will provide better coverage.
How do I reach to lower the blind if the window is too tall?

we have 2 windows that measure 70 3/4" wide x 70 1/4 Long. What size do we need to order so that the inside mount will fit. the specs state that the 70" shade mount fits up to 70.25" wide windows....confusing please help
