Will these shades open fully from the top down. I want to open the shade from the top to expose 75% of my window on top...25% of view blocked on the bottom. Will these open fully from the top. (others I have looked at only expose the top third :( )

Can this be cut down to 10. 7/8” width? I have a narrow window next to main door and need a cellulose blind for that.

Does the stated length include the bars? I have a 50.5" window, can I get away with the 48" blinds? The 54" length is double the price of the 48" so I'd like to make the 48" work if I can
Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, if a 48"L is ordered you will have a gap at the bottom of your window as the length includes the headrail of the shade. The pleats on these shades stack up very nicely and thin on the bottom, so it should not be very noticeable with a 54"L.
Do these pass NFPA 701 ?

Can these be top mounted? If that's possible, what hardware would be necessary? I have a picture window divided into three sections. However, the two stiles are only about an 1" deep. I only want the shades for two outer sections.
