QEP 1/16 in. Horseshoe Shim Tile Spacers are ideal for spacing and aligning marble, granite, stone, and large format tile installations. They are engineered to produce a 1/16 in. will horseshoe spacers work on vinyl plank flooring
Depends on how they are used, Vinyl planks are long so not sure if you intend to use them the full length, There are produces that come in rolls that can be used to level a floor.
Vinyl plank (or any floating floor) only needs spacers around the perimeter to allow for expansion and contraction. You don't put spacers between each plank, like you would if you were laying tile. To get the 1/4" space around the perimeter, you'd need to use several of these stacked together. Because they're so lightweight, they're likely to shift and cause problems. I would use 1/4" perimeter spacers made for this purpose, or 1/4" spacers cut from scrap lumber, if you're looking to save money.
How long I have to wait to remove the Shim from Tiles over thinset mortar ? Thank you.
I am sure it depends on your application and if the surfaces wick the moisture. I installed my vertical tiles with thinset over a painted waterproof coating over concrete backerboard and just left the spacers up a few hours. This was homeowner DIY work, not a time-constrained professional installer.

Hi Our Horseshoes Shim Tile Spacers hasn't been test for this application they are designed to be use with flooring only thank you
i would use a level and wood shims to permanently level a window sill. Wood shims are more adjustable! These shims are 1/8 inch.
