Can you in this to replace my current sink? ? Does it have to be installed with BRAND NEW cut counters?
Yes, the Rivera 31" is recommended to be installed with new countertops, as this sink is designed as an undermount installation and is designed to fit the exact hole/shape of the sink. The sink you are replacing would need to be the exact dimensions/cutout dimensions as the Rivera 31 in. for it to fit properly.
Do the stainless hammered sinks scratch easily compared to non-hammered variations? Are they more difficult to clean compared to standard stainless sinks?

Does this Sinkology Tyalor Undermount (hammered) have a really shiny finish to it?
Hi there, this model is in our brushed finish and it will not have a polished or shiny finish. The brushed finish gives this sink a more matte look.
The Home Depot description states it is made from 18 gauge however the Sinkology description states 16 gauge. Which is correct?

Is this raw finish or antiqued?
Thank you for reaching out! Our sinks are unlacquered copper with a naturally built patina that will change and react over time. If you wanted to ever remove the patina that has built on your sink you can use a copper cream to remove it! With time, the patina will rebuild itself but using copper cream can be repeated as many times as necessary.
I love this sink, however, the cutout in my countertop can only accomodate 31" X 16 3/4". Do you custom make sinks?
They don’t make a custom sink but you’ll want to look for a 28-29”, which is a standard size, sink to accommodate your base cabinet.
