Why is it called groatable when it’s self adhesive type. Can you use grant like regular tile.

You can use them with spacers and put grout in between because they are thicker than normal peel and stick, and have rounded top like ceramic tile. Other peel and sticks have a fake grout edge and butt directly against each other.

We recommend caulking around the perimeter of the room with a 100% silicon caulk in order to prevent any moisture from getting under the flooring. I hope this information is helpful.
