    The View Plus does not check for mold. We do sell the Wave Mini that has a mold risk indicator by using the ambient air temp and humidity to predict the possibility of mold growth.

          Pet dander and mold spores are examples of particulate matter that the PM sensor would pick up. However, it would not be able to differentiate mold spores from other sources of PMs.
