Questions and Answers for DURAMAX 36 in. 5-Drawer Wood Top Roller Cabinet Tool Chest

A:  No lockable drawers

A:  Please note that the top is NOT wood. It is painted metal to look like wood, and this thin metal is backed by wood to give it strength and durability. But it is not actually wood.

A:  I've had the 3-drawer 72 bench outside under a patio roof for 2 years now and it still looks new. I use it for BBQ setups and storage. I keep it clean with a mild soapy water before and after each use. I have not treated the wood.

A:  I have several of these. I really don’t think they would be ideal for outdoors. I’m sure it would last for a little bit but, I’m sure overtime if any type of weather hits them they’re going to start to rust and the tops are going to break down… 

A:  The top is made of wood.   The drawers are different depths thinner at the top deeper at the bottom, I can fit all of my tools, screwdrivers, ratchet, set hammers and saws. I love this I also purchased the bench and two cabinets.

A:  Top is kind of like a laminate… Scratches a little bit easy… But, overall the cabinet is well-made… I’ve had it for about a year now.. definitely wouldn’t rely on the top of a scratch resistant workbench, but the metal sides and wheels are very durable.. the drawers are just shy of 3”  deep

A:  Yes .. Although you probably want to put some other type of foot on it… They just screw in … So with a little ingenuity it should not be too hard.
