A: Larry, the unit is not designed to be mobile. You cannot put castors on this item.

A: Put casters directly to the holes in bottom of uprights tonight. BUT when I tilted it up, the base bent immediately. The steel isn't strong enough for the torque. Then I read the Q&A and realized they would be very tippy with wheels.

A: No, the vertical ends are a single piece to provide for a much higher weight capacity. Look for the smaller units that are about 48” wide.

Q:Home Depot is having a special buy on HBR782478W4R for $183 and N2W772478W4R is selling for $249. Can you tell me what's the difference in each? My store will not match the special buy price, and there is no free delivery.

A: The HBR is the older model and the N2W is the new version of this item? There are some modifications in the frame and parts in the new model, but the specs, dim, and weight capabilities are essentially the same.

A: No, the tabs you see on the bottom of the racks are for securing to the floor. The instructional sheet states not to alter the racking in any way. The stability of the unit depends on allowing the transfer of the load to to floor. the
