Yes you can thread 2 1/2"-4" with the 141 on the 300 power drive. You will need the following: 141 Threader- catalog #36620 758 loop- catalog# 19366 844 drive bar- catalog#42405 If you don't have one a pipe support catalog number 42505 If you need to thread 4"-6" you will need the following: 161 Threader- catalog#36630 346 support arms- catalog# 40005 844 drive bar- catalog# 42405 Same pipe support as 141 for both set ups if you need an oiler you will need the 418 oiler, catalog# 10883

Cutter wheels can be ordered from any RIDGID distributor and/or the Home Depot website. The standard replacement cutter wheel for the RIDGID 300 Complete is cat number 33105.

I purchased this unit and seen in the manual there is a cocking devise for the foot pedal. Is there anyway you can help me on this? Thanks

Hi Gerald, Yes, we advise locking the footswitch when not in use to avoid accidental start. We do not however supply the lockout device. The lock will need to be sourced by the machine owner. Team Ridgid

Yes, this power drive is designed for threading black iron pipe up to 2 inches in diameter. It includes a right-handed, NPT quick-open die head and universal alloy die sets specifically for this purpose. It can also be used with geared threaders for larger diameter pipes (2 1/2" - 4" with a 141 geared threader and 4" - 6" with a 161 geared threader).
