Very user friendly, easy to install and a quality product. Even though we ordered from Home Depot the manufacturer called us directly to let us know if we needed anything to let them know. Excellent customer service from Aria.

Important to note it does not come with posts. It looks amazing. I mounted the black stair railings between two white posts. The contrast looks great. I will be ordering straight runs in the future to mount on the landings because it looks so good.

The railings are exactly what we expected. Sturdy, stylish, rust-proof. There were missing parts that required a separate order and are pending delivery. The lack of mounting fasteners for the posts was a surprise as well. The Home Depot approved install contractor was a great find.

Looks gorgeous when finished, but more info should be gathered at point of order, for example: how many stairs are you looking to cover, and what is the pitch(rise vs Run) of the stairs. It is not easy cutting and mounting.., and would recommend the 42"inch posts for the stairs. Looks great, but takes a long time installing compared to PVC. We had 2 very handy people doing this and it took 2 days to do all the railings. Aria doesn't offer any how to videos on their website and not much on youtube either.

We have not installed the railing assembly yet. But the posts, railings and mounting accessoriesthat we received appear to be just as advertised and quite acceptable.Thanks. John Schwartz

The railing itself looks nice and seems sturdy. Despite being well wraped and protected, something must have smashed into it as two vertical ballusters were bent but I could not see that until it was unwrapped. I thought the angle was slightly adjustable but it is not and did not fit our incline which included a 54 inch landing before the last step up.

Parts were all damaged for the most part. Fortunately I was cutting them down so I either used what I could or contacted the company direct for replacements. The manufacturer was very helpful and overnighted me numerous parts to get me finished up as quickly as possible.

There were some small dings/dents on several of the top rails. Several of the balustrades were bent quite a bit. My main concern was the actual size. They are 32"x69.4" NOT 3'x6'. Had to order two 8" ones to compensate.

Damaged parts. One of my 8ft sections was bent down the middle and the top and bottom rail pieces covers we're damaged. It is very hard to see because of way plastic is wrapped around and did not find out until installers were unpacking. Not sure how I go about getting replacement top and bottom

We purchased this railing and installed it on our from porch stairs, we were impressed with the quality and very happy with our purchase. It was nice that is came with all the hardware needed.
