It works well. Hopefully it will hold up longer 6 the previous one(same model) ; its back hinge broke without any abuse.

This waffle maker heats up quickly, the waffles are evenly cooked. I really like the feature of how crispy it can become.

I like the classic shape. It seems to cook well, but I would like it better if there was a setting higher than 5 for doneness. I like them crispy!

I love this waffle maker. It is the perfect size and makes classic crisp waffles. The only improvement I would suggest is an audible signal when the waffle is done in addition to the visual of the light changing from red to green.

Bought the Cuisinart after returning 3 others that were not what we wanted in a waffle maker. Should have know it would be the best.

The item does not seem well made. The browning control is loose so I can't tell what the setting is. The signal light is only visible when I am standing in front of it. If the signal light also had a audible signal, it wouldn't require me to watch the iron so the waffle does not get too done or burn. I usually cook waffles for two so I need to have one in some place to keep it warm while the other cooks.

I do not like Belgian style waffles and had the hardest time finding one that made "traditional" waffles. This one does! Love it!

It's a nice little waffle maker. It's very light weight so it's not a chore taking it out and using it. It makes very nice waffles. The only criticism I have is the lever for the browning settings is really loose. I don't know if I'm at 4 or 5 because it has that much play.

This makes delicious waffles for us. It is easy to use and clean. My only issue is the cooking is a tad uneven.

This waffle iron works really well. It's difficult to find a waffle iron that doesn't Belgium style waffles. I had this same iron for nearly 20 years before it broke and was happy to find it again. I make several waffles at a time and freeze them. It's very economical, I just wish Cuisinart made a regular waffle the makes multiple at a time. I recommend this item for anyone looking for a regular waffle maker that will make everything from soft and fluffy to dark and crispy.

The waffle maker is easy to use but does not seem to brown completely evenly. It is not so bad that I would send it back. If it were another type of item I would just turn the waffle over mid cooking, but that won't work in this case. Our old waffle maker was purchased 55 yrs ago and still works. We just wanted a newer modlel.

This is a simple yet perfect waffle iron. It heats up fast and can be adjusted to whatever crispness you like. We make perfect waffles on Setting 4. When the light turns green we have crispy, perfect waffles.
