I so much wanted this product to work but it failed miserably. The whole idea of buying Dricore subfloor was to not let moisture penetrate above the surface. I could have easily used ply board for this purpose, did not expect such poor results. There is one section in my basement where water leaks from the ground during flash floods. The whole section has gone pretty bad.... I think if you have moisture problem then this is not the solution. This might only work as a substitute for ply board... but do you want to give such a price for that purpose. Certainly, I am not a happy customer :-(

Did quite a bit of research prior to purchasing.
Installed ~600sq feet in our walkout basement we are finishing. Product works as advertised, is relatively simple to install, and looked very good once complete. DRIcore's video's at http://dricore.com/nw/subfloor_installation_videos.php were most helpful, also.
There is a noticeable temperature increase on this flooring vs. the concrete during cold season - I am in the Northeast, and we have already had numerous single digit temperature nights. Very glad we installed this under our LifeProof Restored Wood Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, which also floats - looks and feels great. Although we have never had water/dampness in our basement, the piece of mind that comes with allowing the concrete to 'breathe' is well worth the cost of this DRIcore.
Highly recommended if you are flooring on concrete !

I bought 800sq/ft to do my whole basement. I'm only about 1/2 done installing because it's a living space that is used daily. It installs quickly/easily with a hammer and wood block. Get knee pads because you'll be hurting if you don't. It would be a better product if the material was real plywood instead of osb but it seems to do what it claims. I can give more feedback when I complete the project.

My previous installation of just over 200 DriCore panels probably saved my drywall and furniture after recent record rains and the ensuing flooded basement. I am in the process of reinstalling the all flooring, and measured the surface temp of the concrete and installed DriCore! Nice difference!

We had moisture/mustiness in our basement for years. This spring we had moisture intrusion due to greater than normal spring runoff and ground moisture. We had to remove all the carpet and pad in our basement, replaced it with DRIcore subfloor and vinyl plank. Our basement is no longer musty and the air quality is 100% better.
This product handles easy and is simple to install. I recomend having access to a table saw and suggest making a drift block out of a small chunk of 2×4 6" long or so and cut channel out that matches the tongue on the panel.
Complaints: only things I could thing of are watch for slivers from the OSB and make sure you measure for starters and end pieces otherwise you can waste a lot of scrap.

Perfect sub-floor for basement
Seemed to be a little pricey, but I needed something to put on basement floor..(existing was not so great cement floor). I am very happy with the results of the dri-loc and being able to put laminate on top. Came out beautiful and Am almost done with what will be my sewing room.

Great for level floor & nice way to get off cement floor.
DRIcore worked very nicely on a level floor. If there is a ridge (high spot), it becomes difficult to install without floor movement.

easy to work with
I installed dricore in my recroom in my basement. It was easy to intall due to the size of the panels and the tongue and groove setup. It is nice because I have low ceilings and the dricore is only 7/8 of an inch thick you dont loose the headroom of a normal subfloor and it warms up the room alot.
I am using it as a subfloor but also as a flooring until I do the floors. Once installed the dricore already hase a sealer on it, so I put two coats of gloss urethane sealer (water base for low odor); it only took aprox. 3 litres to do 400 square feet and it really shines.

New thickness!
Thinner than previous versions of this product by 1/4”, really cheap OSB materials and the T&G can barely be hammered together. The edge cuts look like they were made in wet wood with a dull blade. I used to love this material. Now it’s been “value engineered “ into total junk.

Smaller than older ones
I like these for the basement floor, i had to replace some from a bad water leak and they got damaged and my flooring, didnt need to repalce them all but the old subloor and the new ones are 2 different thickness, guess they wanted to make them thinner now

Thinner..why
Dricore was my go to when a job needed to be done quick and with ease. I received 300 sq ft today and noticed it is thinner then what I used 2 years ago. Its going over a concrete slab in a pool house with LVP over on top. Think this new Dricore will need a lot more shims as no matter how you try to level concrete its never flat. I will use some LVP paper under the vinyl. This product also is rougher then before. Last time I use this, Why Dricore?

Crap
Don't buy this product!!!
The tongue & groove splits apart when joining together The floor has only been down two months and the panels are separating. Better off installing subfloor grade plywood
