We're updating our guest bathroom, took out the old small bathtub and replaced with a walk in shower. Of course, needed a new toilet to complete the new look. We like the Glacier toilet, modern, clean lines. Next year, when we update the master bathroom, we'll get this toilet as well. By the way, the half shower windowpane glass was also purchased at the same time. Looks fabulous with the black inset in the shower area. Vanity cabinets are off and being lacquered black.

I orderes the N2420 from one store and Home Depot shipped from another location, which wouldnt have mattered except the deliver person didnt give me my supply lines to I had to drive an hour to get them. For the toilet here are my thoughts: the instructions say white and blue for the dual flush, mine are white and black. I though okay, black instead of blue for half flush songle drop and white is white but NOPE. When I was trying to adjust water level (you cant, I’ll touch on that next), I flushed them and white is half flush and black is full flush. I tried to adjusy the water level because it seemed week and THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT SCREW! So I watched a video on youtube and went to try unlocked the level slide. Once I was able to unlock the slide it is either water level below theinch tall black ring on the overflow valve or water overflowing constantly because the float goes up but does not stop th water flow. Since there is no adjustment screw there is no fine tune tweaking. Other thoughts: seat feels like cheap plastic. So far I’m not impressed and kind of regret replacing both bowls in my house with these

Although the toilet looks stylish, we installed it and found out that the water will not stay full in the bowl. We tried calling several times to remedy this. We’d have to pay a plumber to take it out by a new one and reinstall. It’s not fair to us! Defective.

When I first got this about a year ago is was fine, now the flush is real week. I seemed to have solved the issue by cleaning out the bottom ejector opening where the main power ful the flush comes from. The problem is that it looks like the porcelain is disintigrating in that water path. It builds up in restricts the flow. I used a small bottle brush and a large ti-wrap to lossen the sediment. It also chipped the porcelain around the outlet

Who knew that getting a new toilet would be so excited? This toilet is great. It looks fantastic, works well, and it is not expensive.

This is a 21st Century toilet that adds value to my home. Fantastic one unit that is efficent and well designed. It saves money on water and saves our community's water.

My wife and I bought 2 of these and had them installed. We love the look. We got them for 179.00 each on sale. You can’t beat that price. You won’t be sorry, don’t believe the bad reviews. We also upgraded the seats with nice wooden ones that don’t slam shut. Do yourself a favor and buy this toilet. You can find YouTube videos of this toilet that show how easy they are to maintain and how to replace seals if they start to leak in the future.

BD-N450US bidet fits like a glove. I was worried due to other reviews and the manufacturer's responses that we might have a problem after installing this toilet, but it's more than roomy enough for either of the bidet models I have. Picture attached.

Vry quiet and officiant in water use. Stays cleaner then older ones.

If it weren't for the poorly designed/made flush button I'd give the toilet five stars; it's sleek, quiet and gets the job done. But after having Home Depot replace the corroded flush button once and having the second one do the same thing within 12 months, I can't recommend the toilet. The button is in a prominent spot and it looks crappy and cheap. Come on Home Depot, learn from your mistakes and reengineer the button, and let us know when we can swap our corroded ones for the new unit.

The tank on my two-piece American Standard cracked in half in the middle of the night, and deposited unknown gallons of water onto the floor and into the finished basement. Decided to go with a one-piece design and the install literally took about 30 minutes. Excellent flush, was a little concerned about that but does a great job. So far so good.

Works great as a toilet and it looks nice. Also the price is perfect.

I like this toilet. It fits nicely and was easy to install. Replaced a 30 year old toilet with a high capacity tank. I am sure this toilet will pay for itself. Our water/sewer rates are very high and just went up as well. Only problem I have with toilet is that the seat will not stay in place. It slides to the right each time I sit on it. I have tightened as much as I dare. The bolts are nylon and afraid they will break if I tighten too much. Anyone have a solution. I would be most appreciative.

My husband and I installed this toilet in thirty minutes thanks to the 3D instructions from Bilt. The toilet was inexpensive! It saved us $500. It flushes quietly, efficiently with less water usage.

Toilet installed very easily, but could not get it to stop leaking from where the "float" and inlet are connected. it didn't matter how tight it was from inside or outside the toilet, it just would not seal. Very Disappointed. Of course the piece is plastic so you can only manipulate so much before it's too mared up to move at all.

I purchased 2 of these toilets for my remodel. Paid someone to help me get them home and a plumber to install. After getting the first toilet in, my plumber stated the tank lid didn't properly fit on the tank. Since both toilets were unboxed for install we also tried the other lid in case it was switched. NOPE! Neither tanks fit the lids. Now have to pay to have removed and returned! UGH! Recommend opened each box to make sure correct before leaving the store!

I was at Home Depot looking for a replacement for an old school toilet, pink, that would not flush anymore without bucket help. I was going to get a 2 piece around $240 range, then saw this one. The price grabbed my attention and so did the 1 piece design. The toilet is easy to install if you're dealing with a correctly installed toilet flange. I added a Bidet wand. The number two flush is enough to handle my manly dumps. Overall, no complaints, other than the flush buttons being cheap.

Absolutely love this product! I was slightly worried about not getting a “big name” toilet but I really liked this look and am so happy with it. Even the 1 flush mode is excellent, no problems at all with it. I also needed a 10” rough in, which isn’t available in this product line and had to go with a big name one, which cost me nearly 5x as much and doesn’t compare to the Glacier Bay. I definitely would recommend this.

One pc is the way to go. No worries about leaks, comes fully assembled, takes less than 10 minutes.

Looks great, it’s a comfortable height! Cost was reasonable

Installed 2 Round one piece toilets using the included wax ring and brass connecting bolts. I added Brondell Bidets which fit perfectly. The toilets are compact and work as advertised easily flushing liquid and solids with one flush. All in all a very good experience for a DIY person.

I spent 3x the amount on a Black Kohler toilet 12 years ago . Color wasn’t popular back then ,so it was pricey. I had problems from the beginning Plus spending a fortune on plumbers to fix Kohler over the years. This time I threw in the towel and bought this toilet. LOVE IT! Flushes great and size is perfect. 2 flushing features light/heavy flush button to save water. Highly recommend

Beautiful toilet we got it in bone color, for the amount of water that uses it has great flushing power on number one and number two. It was very easy to install.

The lid to the tank has a manufacturing defect. If it was on the backside, I would not care. I have contacted Home Depot who said to contact Glacier Bay. I have made three calls to Glacier Bay and have not found anyone who has advised how to solve the problem. Twice I was told they would get back to me after I sent a picture of the defect. I am still waiting. I am presuming this is an isolated problem as I have purchased other Glacier Bay products. I am not certain what it will take to get this problem fixed. What is also frustrating is that I could have purchased the same toilet in white for $100+ less without having to order it.

Easy to install, clean lines and nice to look at.

It’s very quiet and saves on water!

This is a really nice toilet. First, installation is pretty straightforward. The instructions are clear. The toilet's dimensions are readily available so you can plan and measure to make sure it fits in your space. Since this is a one piece toilet, it is heavy. But the upside is less assembly and chances for leaks. The toilet is chair height with an elongated bowl. Few nooks and crannies to clean-another benefit of being one piece. The two flush push buttons give you water saving options. The color, (biscuit) is exactly what the wife wanted. The toilet has a clean, modern look, with a slightly smaller footprint than the 25 year old model it replaced. Most importantly, it flushes well, and fills quickly. The only knock so far is that when the seat and lid are up, they somewhat obscure the flush buttons. But that is not a deal breaker. Also, we have another Glacier Bay toilet with flush buttons that has given us zero problems in over 10 years. Of course, I just jinxed that one! I do alot of DIY and have installed toilets before. This was the easiest.

Packaging was very good, easy to install, strong flush,, refills very fast.
