We have only had this washer for a short period of time but so far love the easy to use features. She cleans and spins out so completely it takes very little time for the dryer to do its job.

Bought this a few months ago, installed. It recently. Had one issue out of it. Simply put the washer into service mode and did a reset and everything is been fine since

I replaced a front load washer with this washer. This washer has nice features and washes well. It holds a lot of clothes and lots of room fir bedding.

I've been using this for a month now and it's Amazing! Easy to use and the chart on manual makes Easy to figure Out which load/mode to use for best optimal fabric care!

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I find that it performs adequately.

This machine might be a little loud on the spin cycle, but it's powerful and washes even large loads rather quickly. You can open it while it's still filling, which is a much appreciated feature for a tired parent who want to throw in a few things they forgot. It's everything you need in a washer.

My wash machine has broke like 3 times so I gave in ,glad I did I love it. My dry quit on me the same time .What luck.

I’ve owned a lot of washers over the years, this is the worst machine ever! It’s constantly out of balance, only a year old and now making grinding sounds.

Does exactly what a washer should! My appliance repairman recommended this brand and said he is NEVER called out to fix these! Agitator keeps load balanced, it runs quietly and is a simple sleek design. Tried and true! Nice size stainless steel tub.

I bought this not even two months ago and I’m about to call in for service. Even medium size loads bunch up on one side of the washer which causes it to stop and I have to re-shuffle the load. Sometimes it continues to the end but most times I have to do a second spin cycle. So frustrating!

I have NEVER owned a washer that tangles up my laundry. Nor have I ever had one that puts holes in my clothes! This is the worst machine!

WORST WASHER i HAVE EVER OWNED! SINCE DAY 1 IT IS OFF BALANCE NO MATTER WHAT YOU PUT IN IT. IT JUMPS SO BAD I HAVE TO MOVE MY CAR (SEE PHOTOS) I HAD SOMEONE COME OUT 4 TIMES AND NEVER FIXED IT. CLOTHES DO NOT RINSE AND DRAIN, CLOTHES HAD TO BE RUNG OUT BY HAND WHICH IS BULL. I HAVE EVEN HAD TO CUT SOME OF MY CLOTHES DUE TO THEM BEING WRAPPED AROUND THE AGITATOR. AND HOT POINT OR WHOEVER TAKES CARE OF THIS WILL NOT COME OUT BECAUSE MY WARRANTY IS 6 MONTHS OVER THE DATE. DON'T BUY THIS MACHINE!

I needed a washer and dryer for an old home. The space would not allow for one of the big ones. This is the size of the first-generation washer and dryers.

I'm giving this a washer a 4 star rather than a 5 star due to the noise it makes . My first one made noise so loud that the customer service representative was surprised to hear it so loud over the phone. I have to say that the company stepped up to the plate over this and I did receive a replacement within days. So , that is excellent customer service. . This second one is not as loud , but, it too is noisy. That aside - it washes and cleans clothes very well . I was so pleased with how my clothes were noticeably clean after using this washer. I had an older white bathmat- well , formerly white as it turned grey/ I thought I ruined it with bleach or something . When I washed it in my new Hotpoint washer , it was white again . I was shocked at how well this washer cleans compared to my last one . So - I guess a little noise is worth the great job of how well the washer cleans

Great washer. I'm really happy with it. I just wanted a simple old school washer and that's what this is. I love that it fills up as full as I want and I can use hot water for any load. Has worked perfectly.

I purchased this washer to go in my new mobile home. The size is just right and it works like it should on my clothes.

Seems about what I wanted except it is a little noisy! But before I had no agitator and now I do so that's probably the difference just getting used to it.

Looks nice, do not like the end of cycle signal. Runs quiet so far haven’t had it very long.

I am very happy with my machine and it does a great job on the wash
