The wrong door was shipped (right hand was ordered, left hand swing was received). The door wasn’t packaged properly. There were black marks all over the top of the door. The actual door frame was damaged as well. We had to return the door.

We bought this door as a slab to replace the generic buider grade door. Its solid wood with veneer and very sturdy. It cut down to size fairly easily and was easy to mortise. My main complain was the quality of the vereer, multiple parts had divits in the wood and the veneer splintered easily during the finishing process. Overall the door turned out stunning and was a great addition to our home!

Lovely door but a missing a big chip on the edge of the inside a eye height, and some scuffs on the cross pieces on the outside. Based on the stain on the flawed areas, the damage occurred prior to staining. Very disappointing on an expensive and otherwise lovely door.

Now, I’ve noticed when they routed out for the strike plates, they did it with the weatherstripping in place. Screws in hinge plates were not driven in straight. Screw faces are proud of surface.

Installed this door package. Found the frame to be 36 inch but the door is 35-9/16 wide. The gap at handle is so large the handle won’t latch and you can see the weather strip on the outside. Krosswood says it’s acceptable tolerance and needs installation techniques. Other than removing sidelights and cutting frame down I can’t see the technique there offering

Door has been in for 3 weeks, fog in between the glass panes already! So disappointing.

Within one week of installing it started getting cracks which extend all the way through the door. The windows constantly fog and drip between the glass panes. Not only that, but apparently the warranty is void because the door faces south.

If there were an option for 0 stars that's what I would give. Do not order from this company. They are a joke! Was lied to multiple times about when my order was going to be delivered. Door was continuously back ordered and no one ever bothered to keep me informed. No one from the company ever returned any of my calls. Do not trust this company!

Center panel was split in several places and the stain was applied with no regard for accuracy and had leaked under the protective coating onto several glass panes. The stain was severely misapplied and dark and light patches were everywhere. The mortising was horrendous and the door would require me to replace the jamb and mortise new hinge cut outs for the door to swing properly. You will not know any of this until the delivery truck is gone and you’re in the process of installation. Don’t bother ordering from Krosswood and I thought the wood would be better because I had to return my first order which was their fiberglass doors. Horrible craftsmanship on all products. Look elsewhere the convenience of Home Depot is NOT a benefit go with the little guy if they have a similar style as for a price match.

The door looks great on our house. Easy installation and was perfect condition when I picked it up.

Terrible quality, recieved the door scratched, gouged and several spots on the door itself had indents from straps. Impossible to remove. This door retails at 3,000$ with tax and I was completely disappointed. How am I suppose to provide quality products for customers if the items purchased with “good reviews” turns out terribly. I had also ordered a right hand in swing with a 6 9/16 jam. What arrived was a left hand in swing with a 4 9/16 jam. If this next door I ordered shows up in terrrinle condition I will never order doors through Home Depot again.

I received the door with several scratches near the bottom of the door.

Beautiful fit & with my stain, was exactly what I pictured. Lane at the store was a tremendous help & very knowledgeable!

Good looking door, easy to install. Glass was covered in plastic making wood easy to finish

This door is beautiful from 20 feet away. Up close, there were dark stains in the wood that stuck out like a sore thumb. The middle rail appeared to be from another batch of wood and was much darker than the rest. Character, right? Anyway, tried sanding a very unnatural looking stain and quickly realized the grain was gone. The door is made with a veneer of grain looking composite of poor quality and nowhere in the description does it state so.

Straight, square, clear wood, good joinery, nice Ly prepared for final finishing.

The description of the color is misleading as it is more brown than black. Also, the wood is separating already in spots and it’s been installed less than a month.

The door arrived intact but still had the film covering all the glass from the staining. The door looked like it came off the staining table and was loaded on the truck. No quality inspection apparent. Krosswood suggested I remove it with a razor blade. Fir what I paid for the door it should have arrived ready to install.
