We're here to help you get the lock in working order. To fix this, please ensure the latch was in the extended position upon installation, replace the batteries, check your door alignment, and that the door frame hole is at least 1 inch deep. Next, perform the manual door handing process below.
1. Open the door and extend the latch to the locked position.
2. Remove the battery pack.
3. Press and HOLD the Lock button while reinserting the battery pack. Release button once the battery pack is installed.
4. The latch bolt will retract about halfway in and then extend to learn the orientation of the door.
