Love the convenience and peace of mind
I just installed mine about 1 month ago and have been able to accurately keep track of internal water usage and present to municipal water company as reference to possible abnormal water usage previously and they honored me a credit for that abnormal usage, and they also were impressed by the Moen product.

A must have for every house
The first thing I did when I purchased my house 4 years ago was install one of these. Such an amazing device. I don't think I could leave the house without it. It also gives you more flexibility. You can check your water usage and compare with your city bill to confirm consumption, and you can remotely control water in your house. Fortunately I haven't had any issues with it either. I recommend this to everyone.

Do not hesitate! Just get it installed
About a month in and all is working as advertised. Discovered my prv was frozen in time 30 years old and not functional. System was too much pressure. Had I not gone with this device I could have experienced a serious problem.

Everyone Should Have This Installed in Their Home
We installed a Moen Flo a couple of weeks ago, and it has been delivering excellent results. It allows us to monitor our entire house's water system and compare it with our bill. It's incredibly beneficial, and we love it. When guests visit our home, this is one of the features I always show them.

Piece of Junk
Not a quality product. I installed this in 2 of my properties few years back and both all along were having connection issue and keeps getting offline. One of them died last week after 2 years. I contacted Moen and they said I need to buy a new one.
