Bought two of these sweaters. One showed up a completely different shade of black, and the other one has a broken button. These are brand new and now I gotta find a babysitter take a day off work box them back up go back to Home Depot stand in that dumb line and return someone else’s mistake. Where is the QC department on these jacked up jackets? I love Milwaukee but this just sucks!

The rest of the hoody is made somewhat cheap mine ripped in the second week of owning. If you are inside the heat on the jacket is nice, step outside and the warm feeling goes away. Very cheap material, sometimes if you are working hard the reflective materials in the jacket will make you hot from your own body heat escaping. More like a fall/spring jacket but more of a novelty

The battery pack is very bulky. Made even bulkier by carrying multiple batteries. Only one battery gives you an hour or so of heat. The sweatshirt is quality but you can buy a quality sweatshirt and heated base layer with 3-4x battery life for 1/2 the price. Only reason to buy this is keep up with the joneses. Which is why I regret this purchase.

Bait and Switch. The item I ordered said it came with a 3ah battery, It did Not. They refused to honor and changed the listing after I contacted them. Horrible experience

advertise with 3.0 battery only comes with 2.0 battery. customer service is unhelpful.

My 3x jacket came with the 2.0 when it’s advertised as a 3.0 battery.

I will share some specifications and features of this heated hoodie kit then share my personal experience. This kit includes the hoodie, CP2.0 Battery, M12 charger, M12 battery holder, and operator's manual. The hoodie has a soft brushed fleece interior. The carbon fiber coils generate heat and the optimized liner transfers the heat. There are 3 heat settings high, medium, and low. With the included battery you can use high for 2 hours, medium for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours. The fitted hood gives you a full range of motion. There is a hidden zippered pocket on the side that allows you to place the battery in the front or back side of your hoodie. The utility pockets are double stitched and reinforced on the edges with a canvas type of material. This hoodie can be machine washed on gentle and tumble dried on low. It was made in Vietnam. I am a UPS delivery driver. I am 5'7 140 lbs. I decided to get a size large and it fits great. I am always looking for products to make working in extreme conditions more comfortable. We deliver in snow storms and really cold winters here. I recently bought a heated lunch bag for warming and cooking meals while on the road. Although the hot meals warm me up it does not keep me warm for long. When I came across this hoodie I knew this would be the cure for the cold. The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the package was how thick and well made it is. I charged the battery, plugged in my sweatshirt, and powered it on. I like that the heat level indicator illuminates and identifies which heat level you are on. This sweatshirt is comfortable and moves with your body unlike other stiff hoodies I have. The zippered compartment that holds your battery is large and allows you to carry other items like keys, wallet, powerbank, etc... I decided to get an extra battery to ensure I have heat throughout my work shift. I also have a powerbank with a 12v output that works with this sweatshirt but the powerbank is a little too big to have on me while I'm working. I do use the power bank when I'm just laying still on movie nights in the yard. This kit included the M12 heated gear battery holder with a 12v output. I have a 12v lighter socket plug (sold separately) I can use to charge my phone or power other 12v low amp items with my Milwaukee battery in case of an emergency. This hoodie is not just great for the cold. I have realized it is also great for upper back pain relief. I fell off of a roof a few years ago and my back has never been the same. When I have this hoodie powered on my back feels so much better. I definitely recommend this hoodie to anyone who lives or works in a cold environment, has a cold intolerance, or needs something to soothe upper back pain. This would be a great item to keep in your car while traveling through cold climates for emergencies. If you were to break down or get stuck in a snow storm you can use this to keep you warm or use the battery and holder to charge your phone if you get an adapter. I did read someone's comment who said they didn't like the battery being held in the sweatshirt. You can by an extension cord to keep the battery in your pants pocket or in a pouch on your belt. Me personally I don't mind having the battery inside of the shirt while I'm working. I have a gazebo where I like to sit outside and do movie nights. Some nights it does get really Chilli out there but with this sweatshirt I can lay out there and stay toasty. I had to get a second heated sweatshirt because my girlfriend kept stealing the first one I got on movie night. Now we can both lay outside on a Chilli night comfortably. Everyone who has seen this sweatshirt wants one now. I will be getting more Milwaukee heated gear for myself. I'm also going to get my father a camo heated jacket for his hunting trips. I highly recommend this hoodie.

Feels pretty tight in the forearms, the fabric is ok, feels and looks a little thicker than a regular hoodie that won’t take a rain or a cold wind but the worst part is the elements since they’re VERY small. I’m leaving two pictures with the temperature set to mid.

The hoodie fabric is nice and soft. I’ve washed and dried it a few times using the Delicates cycle as recommended without any issue. Mine came out of the package with a small stain on the chest that hasn’t come out, but given it’s going to get dirty anyway, I didn’t care. I’m 6’ tall, 160 lbs, with long arms and the size large fits as I like it (just slightly baggy). I usually float between Medium and Large sizes depending on the sleeve length and in this case I chose sleeve length over having the heating elements tight to my back and chest. I’m not planning to layer this since it may be too bulky and warm, but I’ll know better once winter arrives. The first time I wore this was while working at home when outdoor temps dropped into the low 50’s and it was just too soon to turn on our home’s heating system. Worked like a charm and probably saved us some money given recent heating costs. The second time was a fall, evening walk when temperatures were in the low to mid 50’s. I was very comfortable and didn’t need to unzip it. Both times I had it on the high setting since the low and medium settings are subtle. The included M12 2.0 Ah battery lasted almost 4 hours on high, which surprised me, but the battery is brand new. Luckily I have enough batteries to keep it running all day since I’ll be back to working outside once the paperwork is done. The battery is a little bulky in my pocket, but it’s worth it to be comfortable. Charger included too.

Nice heating option for that 50 deg. days and can still be worn as an all-around hoodie without the power on. The Milwaukee M12 cordless hoodie material is about an even mix of cotton and polyester for both the lining and shell. The hoodie has three carbon fiber heating elements, one across the high back and one each on either side of the zipper on the chest area. The heating elements are powered by a 2Ah 12-volt lithium-Ion battery with an adapter cap. If you have any other Milwaukee tool with an M12 battery you can use that battery with the adaptor cap also and vice versa the hoodie battery with the tool. The Control is on the upper left chest and has three power levels along with the on and off which is simply a long hold either way. The charger is the same M12 charger for all the M12 batteries and will charge a completely exhausted battery in a little over an hour. The Hoodie has large elastic ribbed cuffs at each wrist area and a ¾ length elastic waistband around the back to keep the chilly air out. The zippers are solid and have additional length tassels with rubber sleeving allowing for ease of use with gloves on. The front pockets are deep with reinforced material and stitching on the edge. The right-side front pocket has an additional stretch mesh elastic pocket in it that will secure an additional battery or smaller cell phone. The left front pocket has a zippered pocket inside it with the power cord and a stretch mesh elastic pocket inside the inside pocket. This inside-inside pocket has a front and back section with a stretchy mesh in the back side of the pocket. In this front-back battery carry section, I found that having the battery in the back did not work for driving but you can easily switch to the front for comfort. The hood is the correct size with a heavy-duty drawstring and plastic eyelets to prevent wear on the material. I wore this hoodie outside all week long and found it to be comfortable and warm. I got a large as my other two hoodies were size large, but I found the Milwaukee to run on the small size when compared with my other two. If you plan to wear anything more than a tee shirt, I recommend going up a size. The mix of materials allows for a good range of movement, but I also found that the material does attract pet hair badly. I got approx. 3hrs. on a full charge on high. Again, a battery will take slightly over an hour to fully charge. Overall, I really like the hoodie, the material is comfortable, the stitching is well done, and double stitched in all the right places. I found the battery placement to be acceptable and could move it front to back and back to front in seconds. The hoodie is made in Vietnam with the charger made in China. I found that unless you have it on high the heat generated is not enough to ward off the cold below the low 50s thus my opinion on this hoodie being a good early fall or late spring weather hoodie but you need to size up if you plan on wearing anything more than a tee shirt. I like the ability to use all my other M12 batteries with this product. Recommended.

This heated fall and spring jacket is very comfortable on its own. It fits me nicely ( 6' tall 165 lbs) and has that nice secret option of the heating elements. I tend to use this when walking the dog or just walking around the neighborhood and will turn the heat on or off depending on the wind or chill. The battery has a front side pocket or a back side pocket which it can be located in. I prefer the front side pocket as the back side pocket gets in the way when you sit in a backed chair. The heating panels are located in the shoulder and back areas, as well as the front torso area. The controls are on the left top chest area and are easy to use, showing their status with small LED lights. I do recommend this as a transitional season jacket, and I think you will find the heating welcome when you do not realize how cold it just got outside.

This is the most comfortable heated Hoodia I've owned. It's so easy to use and allowing the choice of levels of warmth is great. The Hoodia li stylish and not olden looking. The battery pocket allows you to keep the battery plugged in while not having to fight with bulky wires. The ease of charging and changing batteries is a real plus. The color is great. It definately keeps you warm In the cold. I got one for my wife. She loves it.

I like the green color of this hoodie and of course the way it keeps me warm in the fall chill. The heating elements on the chest and back are easily engaged by the button on the left chest. With three heat intensities, I can make sure I'm comfortable depending on the weather. It fits well too, as the XL isn't too big so I can wear a jacket over it if necessary but it also provides good range of movement. The pockets are deep to hold small tools and whatnot when I'm working, and good for keeping my hands warm. The material it is made of is soft and comfy as well, so I wear it on days even when I don't need to using the heating function. I've gotten compliments on it and people ask where they can get one of their own, so I'm very happy with it.

My wife has been jealous of my Milwaukee coat I've had for years and she wanted her own. So after looking we saw the heated hoodie. Who doesn't like a hoodie, and then you put the technology Milwaukee has in there coats you have magic. The hoodie is the best of both worlds, the cooler weather is coming and the Milwaukee hoodie is a great way to be able to enjoy it. Just in the last week we have been putting some Halloween decorations out and my wife loves it. The hoodie includes the adapter for the battery but you will need you own battery and a charger to charge it. I highly recommend if you already have m12 battery's.

Wow! If I could stop the review there that is all I need to say, but alas, I shall describe this jacket. It is more of a fleece hoodie, which in itself is warm. It fits true to size and is somewhat heavy weight because of the heating element inside. However, the heating mechanism is what sets it apart. Yes, the jacket is warm, but when you plug it in, it really warms up your torso. The box includes the jacket, a 2ah rechargeable battery, the battery charger, and the battery housing. The battery housing is necessary for plugging into the jacket. In the left front pocket there is a power cord. Put the battery into it's housing and plug it in. Place it in the pocket and zip it up. On the chest, there is M12 patch logo with 3 bars. Press and hold the patch down for 2 seconds to turn it on or off. Then when powered on, push the logo to scroll through the low, medium, and high settings. It only takes a minute to start feeling the heat. The logo will be lit up when the jacket is turned on This is my go to jacket for working outside and I cannot wait to use it for my early morning jaunts to the river for cold weather trout fishing. I may even put it under my camo for hunting season. The M12 battery is compatible with hundreds of other Milwaukee products. This battery boasts an 8 hour charge to run the jacket, but I did not test that stat for accuracy. This jacket is also equipped with a hood which I use when working in the cold. If you are an outdoors person or work outside in all weather, I would put this on your Christmas list.

I haven't had a heated jacket before. I didn't realize how much this would weight. Even without the battery pack you'd always know you were wearing more than just a jacket. Speaking of batteries I'd stick to only using the 2ah m12 batteries. The larger one give longer run time but are too bulky and shaped weird. Otherwise it is just an ordinary zippered hoodie jacket. The exterior shell is the typical jersey glove/sweatpants fabric like most hoodies. Not super durable but average. These are sized normally. Not like Carhartt that run rather large.

The hoodie is a pleasant neutral gray color with black accents, and the material is nice and cozy; great for fall. The heating elements are located in the chest and upper back area which keep me nice and warm when working outdoors. I imagine it will also be nice and toasty with a jacket on top when it gets to be winter time. The fit is perfect for me; not too loose and not too tight so I have good range of motion. The quality of Milwaukee's heated hoodies has gotten better, with softer materials so I think this is the best version yet.

I wanted this hoody jacket for the cold winter months when I am out fishing, hiking, etc. on the Oregon coast. I have not used it this way as of yet but I have no doubt it will be a great benefit to me. The jacket is obviously well made with thick fabric and should be warm on its own. With the battery on it will keep me very warm. The jacket comes with one battery and a charger. I took a few hours for the battery to fully charge. Their are three power levels that are controlled by a button on the chest of the jacket. The battery goes in the coats pocket, it is a bit heavy but does not seem too bad. I am looking forward to a much warmer winter this year.

Feels comfortable when I have this hoodie on. Electrical components are not obvious. Soft fabric. (Lining 60% cotton, 40% polyester. Shell 53% cotton, 43% polyester.) Keeping my back warm keeps me from noticing the cold. Front is heated too. Excellent hood design, fashioned to fit and not interfere with vision. High quality garment construction well-made zipper, neat stitching, has everything that I look for. Battery can last all day – up to 8 hours. Pick high, medium, or low setting with a touch of the M12 logo. Can be machine washed. Made in China. Packaged in a box that’s suitable for gifting.

I can appreciate when you see a product. And you think what a great idea. Well the Milwaukee Men's 12 volt lithium hoodie is that product. The hoodie alone offers great comfort. But once you turn on the hoodie. Your chest and upper back areas. Feel the warmth this hoodie provides. Easy to operate. With a chest high three position switch. That offers three different degrees of heat. Heads up this is not a complete package. It only includes the hoodie and the adapter. The 12 volt lithium battery battery and charger are not included in the package. The 12 volt battery sits inside the zippered pocket on the side of this hoodie. Like I said great idea for those cooler nights that fall and winter throws at us.

Living in the northern climates like Michigan. Fall and winter comes soon enough. But this year the Milwaukee men's extra large 12 volt lithium battery heated hoodie. Is a game changer for sure. This is a complete package which includes a comfortable hoodie. The 12 volt lithium battery and charger. Easy to operate with a chest high three position switch. That is lighted switch to let you know the hoodie's is operating. Plenty of pockets in this hoodie too. The battery is inside the hoodie on the right side. To me is a little awkward but not terribly uncomfortable. The nights in Michigan are already getting cooler. But I'm ready with the Milwaukee heated hoodie. Great idea and a great product too!

The button lights bright red with M12 logo and number of bars to indicate the setting: 3 bars=high heat, 2 bars=medium, 1 bar=low. Color remains conspicuous bright red at all heat levels. Hoodie has two non-zippered hand warmer pockets. Pocket on the right has an inside sub-pocket for a phone or whatever. The M12 battery pack fits in a zippered back pocket located near the left kidney. Duration of heat on a battery charge depends on temperature setting, possibly up to six hours at low heat level. Recharge time is about 30 minutes. My sample arrived in late summer. I’m looking forward to a test when cold weather arrives. I own other ORORO-designed heated garments that have performed well in winter. Care label states machine washable using “gentle cycle warm” and “tumble dry, low heat.” I prefer to skip the drier and simply hang up the garment, as this may reduce the wear and tear on the carbon fiber heating elements. One year warranty on hoodie; two years on battery. Care label shows that my hoodie was made in Vietnam. Battery and charger made in China.

This is my third M12 Milwaukee Jacket. I now have a black, red, and gray one. I love these things, as do many other people apparently. I constantly get compliments on it and people asking me questions about it. Well it’s great. It will keep you warm on fall days. On high heat I can even wear it on the coldest winter days. It uses the same M12 batteries that many Milwaukee tools use. It is a little bit heavier than a standard hoodie due to the battery. I personally like getting jackets a size larger than I normally wear as I like them a little baggy so I can move more freely. I’ve never timed it but a fully charged battery lasts many hours. Just get one. Get an extra one to give as a gift. Everyone loves them. You can't go wrong.
