This product is easy to use and does not cause overspray. Like all nutsedge killers it takes a few days to completely kill it. But it does kill it. So good job

Started seeing nutsedge in my grass. This product took care of it. After a few days the nutsedge turned brown and died. I would definitely recommend this product.

I was pleasantly surprised when it killed the nutsedge quickly. Only complaint is if you hold the bottle at an angle and not perfectly straight, it will stop spraying the product until you tilt the bottle straight up and pump it a few times.

This chemical will control Nutsedge. I was skeptical at first but it does work. Good for small areas where one doesn’t need a lot of product. For large areas of Nutsedge or Kyllinga I recommend Sedgehammer.

We had a huge infestation taking over the lawn grass. We are paranoid about using weed killers so our lawn is very average to low quality. But just tried this one with just one spray on the long leaves. Waited for two weeks before mowing. After two subsequent mowing, it looks like the nutsedge are not growing (they grow two-three times faster) anymore. No harm on the grass. Very happy. maybe we will apply one more time. BTW, it's in Maryland, zone 7. Highly recommend

Does what it says kills Nutsedge. My neighbor has horrid weeds, maybe 30 different kinds, and this or hose end sprayer only way to remove this very hard to kill weed. Ortho brand seems to do the best job on nutsedge. Takes over 12 months to kill all.

Ortho Nutsedge Killer For Lawns can take 2-3 weeks for a completely kill of weeds. Environmental conditions play a role in how long it will take. The more actively the weed is growing the quicker the kill. If it rained within 2 hours of the application, the product may have been washed off the weeds. Temperatures below 60 degrees and above 90 degrees may cause weeds to be dormant. Weeds slow their growth when temperatures are above 90 degrees and will not effectively absorb the weed control
Weeds slow their growth when temperatures are below 60 degrees (including night time temps) and will not effectively absorb the weed control. The product may still work but it will take even longer. Drought stressed plant can not readily absorb the product. Make sure they are getting regular water before and within the days after the application.

Good way to kill nutsedge over a big area.

I hope the actual chemical product works better than the sprayer system on the bottle. The sprayer often stops and it needs repriming. It makes no difference even if you hold the sprayer upright. Seems time for Ortho to upgrade the quality of its sprayers.
