This soil is great!! It is on the spendy side but in my opinion it is worth it. My plants have thrived in it. The soil holds the moisture really well, which means less watering. I highly recommend!

I bought Proven Winners Organic Garden Soil because it's organic and had free shipping. All the cheaper types of soil had listed under them Scheduled Delivery meaning a $35.00 charge I guess because it's not worth it to ship cheap soils for free as soil is extremely heavy. So far my okra and bean plants are growing well as most of them are over 1' tall, so I'm happy about that.

For years now I have been looking for good quality potting soil that is reasonably priced well my search is over. I had never heard of this brand but based on all the positive reviews I took a chance and ordered 4 bags and I'm glad I did. The soil is a nice dark color and smells nice and earthy. It has a nice amount of perlite in it although I did add a bit more but that's mostly because I already had a huge bag of it laying around, if I didn't have it already I wouldn't see the need to bother. The soil was moist with very few clumps and only a very smal amount of little wood pieces and I can honestly say it is the best I have found with the exception of Fox Farms soil which can run 35-40 dollars a bag so I am quite pleased with my purchase and will buy more in the future for sure!

I started noticing these little gnats all around my plant a few days ago then this morning they were all over my landing and the soil was covered in them. I went to check the potting soil bag in the garage and noticed some on the wall. When I opened the bag little gnats came flying out. Needless to say plant is outside now and i will be going to get new soil .

I’m hesitant to write a review as this is my first year using it; however, I love the Proven Winner brand and my favorite YouTube gardening personalities recommend it. I planted my annuals a few weeks ago and we’ve had a cool spring so things are just starting to grow and fill in. Loved the feel and loft of the soil. LOVED that I could have it shipped to my house with free shipping! Packaged well in individual boxes with carrying handles!

Lots of bark chips and filler in it, needs much more SOIL!!

Always deliver later than the agreed date. And the return process is very troublesome. The quality of the soil is also much worse than before.
