Great desk.... I use it nightly for my schoolwork and my daughter does her homework on it as well. I like the drawer space and filling cabinet drawer was a plus and needed!!

Easy to assemble. It did require two people. Very sturdy and looks great.

This desk was not manufactured correctly. The desk is missing holes for the screws to go in, the holes that were already made were not alligned correctly. My husband had to make his own holes. The bottom draw holes were not leveled correctly so this caused a major delay in putting it together. I would not recommend this desk and I would not be ordering anything from this company South Shore EVER AGAIN. This was a waste of money. I wish I could get a complete refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The quality of this compressed wood is also poor. If you screw too hard the wood cracks. Unbelievable! Trust me DO NOT BUY! You will thank me later. I actualky give ZERO STARS.

The desk is durable, spacious, and a wonderful addition to my home office. I upgraded to this desk after using my same one since childhood, but needed a desk that had two tiers like this one does. I put my laptop and second screen (monitor) on the upper shelf, trinkets in the cubbies, and my other desk and personal stuff in the drawers. This is a beautifully-made desk, and my only issue is that the paint on the top of the desk itself rubs off if you use a mouse regularly – so make sure to use a mousepad. I know, that's so outdated, but if you want the paint/coloring to stay fresh on top, don't forget a mousepad! :)

This desk is great for the money. It has a few blemishes but we didn’t contact the company as it didn’t matter for our uses. We have dealt with South Shore in the past and customer service was great. Looks nice and have wonderful storage for small home office. Comfortable height and easy to get a chair to fit under. If looking for an inexpensive piece, this is perfect.

This writer was easy to assemble, I just had a problem of damage in a piece that was quickly replaced.

I purchased this desk and decided to assemble by myself. I read well and can also follow directions. Let me tell you, as soon as I saw the instruction manual I knew this wouldn’t be easy. The manual only shows diagrams and the diagrams are extremely poor. They give you hundreds of screws, small wooden pegs and some lock screws. Problem is their diagrams aren’t identical to part and the diagram doesn’t show which screws to use! I started at 1this afternoon and at 8pm I got stuck on drawers with screws that don’t fit!!! Very frustrated with this piece. There’s blue screws and black screws, why didn’t the genius that wrote this manual indicate which one to use!

Missing a piece and some pieces didn’t fit together.

It was really nice. A little hard putting it together and I was missing 1 of the screws with the blue top on it. It is a really nice looking desk

Easy to assemble.Strong and sturdy.

Very nice desk, and very heavy. This is not something you will assemble in an hour or two! I am a mechanic and I had help and it was a 3 1/2 hour plus job!

I got this assembled for me so I can’t give feedback on that aspect. However, this desk so far is so sturdy and way more spacious than I thought it would be. Wonderful for someone working from home.
