The Home Depot delivery guys scratched both doors badly during delivery, and Home Depot saw the photos and offered us a new fridge, new doors, or a discount. We asked for new doors, figuring that was easiest. But they did not explain this to Whirlpool. Whirlpool arranged for an appliance-repair service but did not inform them that we need new doors. The repair service told us to complain to the trucking company! We don't know anything about the trucking company. This is a nightmare.

Delivery and set up went nicely. Product was in great condition visually. Once plug in operated great and chilled in less than an hour. I'm very satisfied.

I think the fridge door space could have been utilized better, as one shelf is not very tall and there could be space for more on the door but overall it’s nice!

I have received many compliments on it already. Plenty of room to store beverages and food. The freezer works wonderfully, I opted for no ice maker and it freezes my ice trays in no time at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't buy this refrigerator....I was lucky enough to receive it through Edison's Energy Saving program. It was a lifesaver as my old frig had been around for quite a few years. I am very happy with it. Only suggestion I would make is to make the bottom shelf in the door wider, as I can't get a six-pack of cola bottles in there; just a couple more inches would have been great. But otherwise, I'm thrilled with it. It has a much larger freezer than my previous frig, which is important to me. All in all, I love it.

It's a great medium-sized fridge that works perfect as our secondary fridge in our garage. In comparison with other similar style fridges, this fridge is also one of the most energy efficient fridges on the market. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

It has met our expectations, because it has lots of space, and is very cute.

I wish the produce bins were made of a thicker plastic likemy previous Whirlpool Fridge. It's hard to get used to wired shelves since my previous refrigerator had tempered glass shelves. I'm very happy with the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is attractive, quiet and holds constant temperature. However, the drawers are very flimsy, feel cheap, are difficult to slide without getting crooked and jamming. They feel like they will crack and break at any time. This unit was the only one available that would fit in my available space and was Energy Star rated. My previous unit (a Frigidaire) lasted 26 years. The installers told me this one wouldn't last anywhere near that long. Not an enthusiastic vote of confidence from people selling your product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased as a replacement for one that no longer worked. Aesthetically very pleasing. I like the stainless steel finish. It is a little smaller than I had hoped but I do have space issues so this worked. I was disappointed not to find a actual built-in cheese bin.

It had minor damage which was immediately reported and a credit still hasn’t been issued to my account. This was an online order and the 3rd representative that I talked to today says I have to go to a local store which is over 20 miles away to have the credit processed.
