I read all of the one star reviews that said the freezer wouldn't keep their food cold. I figured this had thousands of reviews and only a few 100 people were saying this so they must be unlucky. well, 2 weeks in and I've noticed freezer doesn't freeze. I Noticed my ice cream was melted even though it is set to coldest setting. I then put ice in the freezer to test it and the ice melted. Whirlpool said they will send a tech but I just want to send this piece of crap back

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Poor quality control. The top of the unit is bulged badley. The freezer door foam fill hole is missing the cap. There was a lot of foam leakage and it was not cleaned up. Lots of places where the plastic film from the stainless face is trapped in the plastic trim

The fridge is fine. Freezer has been nothing but disappointing. Constantly freezing up. The seal is terrible. Air and moisture is constantly coming in. Frozen food gets ruined. I’m trying to find the manual and see if I can turn the freezer off and use the top for dry storage, like a cupboard.

I prefer a single door to a double any day. Less guess work. The inside LED light is fabulous and bright. The freezer above is far superior to the drudgery of digging through a deep bottom freezer bin. My infatuation will surely become an enduring and committed relationship . 😁

The doors in the refrigerator are rusting after only 9 months! I called and had a technician over to look at them. He was unable to clean it off with their special chemicals and whirlpool said they won’t repair or replace because it’s cosmetic. Wow! Buyer beware!!

We bought this from Home Depot at McKinney Texas and we got delivered a dud the whole refrigerator is just a mess. Significant water collection inside the refrigerator below the freezer drips all over the food and then freezes even at there lowest refrigerator and freezer settings. All good gets spoilt. Home Depot immediately disowned us and it's not even 15 days since purchase. I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot

My old fridge stopped cooling properly and I decided to buy a new one instead of attempting to repair the old one. I had a Whirlpool and knew I wanted another one since all of my appliances are also Whirlpools. This is a great smaller fridge (17.5 cubic feet) but perfect for just me! I can fit all of my necessities and don’t keep a lot of things in my fridge or for a long period of time. It meets my needs perfectly! I purchased separate ice cube trays and storage rack for them within the freezer!

When I received it on September 19, 2023, there was a “foam” looking substance coming from joint areas. I ordered and paid for the same model and it had the same problems. I have not received the ice maker yet.

We had to change the swing direction of the doors. That created a poor suction on the freezer door so icicles formed in just hours. And the door jamb hit the light switch on the right making a popping noise every time the door opened. Needless to say we sent it back in 2 days. I ended up paying another $100 for pick up and delivery and for driver tips by the time it was all resolved! Not a good experience but HD manager helped to resolve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The motherboard fried after 2 years and 6 months from purchasing. Glad I had a 30 year old Kenmore in my garage to save my groceries until I found a used motherboard. I wonder how long this one will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My very first refrigerator I bought back when I got my first apartment when I was 21 years old was a Whirlpool (30 years ago) Did not disappoint me. Now I got this beauty a month ago and do not disappoint me either, it works so smooth and even lowered my electricity bill. When it comes to Whirlpool I'm sold.

I have only had this refrigerator for a couple of months. I purchased 2 other stainless products at the same time, as well as owning a stainless trash can. I initially saw a couple small rust spots on the door, but assumed it would just wash out with normal cleaning. (I live alone, so not like it is getting ran into with bicycle handlebars or used as a track for Hotwheels). Well not only have the spots increased in size, but they have multiplied, and DO NOT BUFF OUT with a stainless steel cleaning product.A decent amount of $$ to spend on an appliance rhat can't even hold a finish. Sigh. And it is "past the 30 day warranty."

small, compact, but good for what we needed. it can be considered a tad louder than some fridges but i feel like that's pretty common with smaller fridges(less insulation). having it in a fridge box helps a little as well but you don't want it so boxed in with no gaps that the fridge can't breathe. remember to pull it out every few years and shop vac/remove dust

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice fridge and is great if you are looking for a roomy fridge with a slightly smaller footprint. The doors are nice and rounded, it seems quiet and looks good. My only complaints thus far: the strip where the bottom door gasket sits has a small gap of a mm or so and the protective film was difficult rod get out of it. It also needed a little silicon to seal it so spills wouldn’t get caught in it. It look fine after that. Also, there is factory sealant coming through the door handles a bit. I try to use rubbing alcohol any find point black marker to remove it in detail and it does look better but the quality control is a little on the neglectful side. Overall I do like the fridge.

Does what it is supposed to do. No fancy add ons which I don’t care to have. It is small- good for 2 people. Nice sleek lines and looks good
