The crew was late, they didn't get the information about the fact they had to use buckets because of the tight entrance and we paid an extra $1500 for this inconvenience. They ended up taking our gate off and didn't put it back correctly. and the company only reimbursed us $500 of the $1500. I would not recommend this Turf company!

The quote given to me had a very rough sketch of area being serviced. When I asked Denning to help specify what areas were covered for the job with photos and circled areas. He just replied with a photo of the quote, no words or explanation. Fortunately I talked with the installers and they were extremely nice and helped me out. I would hire Home Depot again as long as Denning was not my sale agent.

The crew did a fantastic job removing the existing grass and dirt, installing the new artificial turf all in half a day. The material was precisely cut to fit the the lawn area beautifully. The only thing I wasn't totally satisfied with is that the surrounding grounds weren't cleaned up completely. There were lots of grains of dirt still left surrounding the lawn. Also, although they tried to protect the pool nearby, a lot of dirt still got into the pool. They did make a tremendous effort to clean up completely, but another round of sweeping would've been more thorough. Further, they could've taken a little more effort to protect the swimming pool. Overall, I am satfisfied with their work. The new lawn looks beautiful. They did it fast and efficient.
