1. Take better measurements. I have left over materials I will retun as the installer provided that they weren't needed and too many pieces were ordered for such a small job. 2. While I was patient and wasnt in a rush, the amout of time it took for the scheduled install was too far out.

My major complaint is not with the installer. He was GREAT. My issue is with the time it took for my product to arrive at the Home Depot store and the fact that my area was supposed to be measured to the top of my cabinets for backsplash.
