You’ll have the chance to take and submit your own measurements, or we can arrange for professional measurement of your space.
A virtual consultation typically lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours. To prepare, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions for taking and submitting measurements and downloading or accessing the video conference platform that will be used at the time of your appointment.
To prepare, please make sure to have your area(s) clean and accessible so we can take accurate measurements. Please also make sure all pets are put away before your sales consultant arrives.

The installer came out and didn?t bring the parts to install the closet poles and didn?t complete the shelving because some of the shelf and top pieces were the wrong size. So the schedule person they couldn?t come back for two weeks so we had to move in without closets. Totally unacceptable!
