The shutters look great! The first shutter company staff member I met with was professional, friendly, very communicative, and prompt. She explained the process and within a few hours of our first meeting, the project was scheduled and paid for. That first meeting was in August. At the beginning of October, I had to email the assigned service representative several times to determine when the shutters would be installed. The people who were to contact me with the information never did. Finally, when the installer was to call 30 minutes before arrival, just as he was supposed to do when he took the window measurements, he never did call; he just showed up. The installer reeked of body odor at both visits and then said they would not be taking the old shutters away.

The shutters that were installed are sagging and have finishing issues. I have already had the local representative come out to inspect the issues and he agrees that the shutters are defective and is recommending that Rockwood replace them.
