Donna from Storm Smart walked me through all my options and helped me get scheduled for the work Steven arrived early in the scheduled window and got right to work. He explained what he was going to do before starting and what I needed to know when he finished. Jaden and Jacob arrived a short time after Steven. They completed electric wiring, including running a dedicated line from my breaker panel, through the attic and to the Lanai. Jaden took the time to explain the why and how of the electrical wiring before they left. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and pleasant to work with. I have exactly the products I wanted and everything looks great.

The quote home depot gave us was not at all the price, that they gave us much much higher. It took very long to come in and the installer was terrible. They dragged on floor, 12 holes in the wall, they pulling out of wall and didn't clean up. The 2nd installer fixed his mess. We feel we should be totally compensated by both companies. We live in Ohio and came to Florida for the install and came for nothing as they didn't come when said and we had to go back to Ohio and hire someone to be there when they finally came in. Very disappointing and frustrating. .
