The whole experience was one of those rare occasions these days where everything was done exactly as we were told it would be. We received very regular updates on the process of the carpet delivery and installation and everyone we were in contact with was helpful and very polite and friendly. Full marks to Home Depot for actually providing the customer service so many promise and so few deliver.
