We scheduled the installation in September on 2021 with the guarantee that it would all be done before the Holidays (big signage in the store) the store was quick to get the Measuring tech out and he gave us an estimated time line. So when the time came to pay for order we were not able to complete instore due to the rep not being at work. So we had to complete all confirmations over the phone and found that store rep had put in wrong materials and made a lot of work for the phone rep to fix. We paid for our install plus materials with another guarantee that we would receive a call in a week or so to give us an update on our status. The week came and went and I had to call the store to find out about my order. Multiple time I called with always the same excuses, broken tile or items not arriving and a promise to call me back. I never received a call back from the store rep from Sept all the way through November. I got a call from the installers and the schedule me a time which was confirmed by HD phone team. But still no word from the store on my materials or delivery. I had to keep calling back to the store to find out what was going on. I kept getting excuses and forgotten about. Even the Assistant Store Manager Tina made promises which she forgot about. I finally talked with John the Store Manager and in the week before my install Phillip the other Assistant Store Manager found my order and had it delivered to my house. Due to issues with delivery I had to help unload all my tile off the truck because it was being delivered in such a unorthodox way. Even then the order was incorrect and I had to make another trip to the store to pick up the tile which I paid to have delivered because it would not be delivered in time for my install. With all the horrible service I got from the Home Depot Store, I do want to say Moses the installer and has team were amazing and hard working. They are the only thing that went right with the whole process. I still haven?��t gotten a follow up from the store or check in on my install. Over all this was very unprofessional experience and I will have to think twice before I use Home Depot for any future needs.

We were really excited about the project and the upcoming results and we were not let down. The project was completed in the timeframe expected and the area is beautiful. The delivery of the material delivery on the other hand was not up to standard. When the material was originally delivered is was incomplete and we had to pick up the remainder of the order. Unacceptable.
