We had a horrible experience with Home depot. Four of our windows were measured incorrectly and one window was ordered wrong. The first installer took the windows out and realized that they were not the correct size. So they put the old windows back in, including one that they broke the glass in and then put spray foam on them to hold them in. These windows were in the front of our house and looked terrible. They also did clean the other windows that were installed with the exception of four windows in the front. The person that I was working with at home depot was not keeping me updated on the status of the new windows, would not return phone calls as promised and was difficult to work with. I talked to management at our local store and requested to work with someone else and was not accommodated. The assistant store manager in Eagle, ID that I spoke to was very helpful and did return my phone calls even though this was not his department and he still went out of his way to help me. It took over five months from the first install until we got our last five windows installed. the weather is cold where we live and it was really cold in our house and drafty due to the spray foam peeling off in some areas. It was a complete nightmare and I would not recommend Home depot window services to anyone. I don't feel the price adjustment we received was adequate for the amount of issues we had with this install.
