Still waiting for a representative to reply regarding my installation issue. The stairway carpet was not supposed to have padding underneath, plus the new drywall was damaged during installation. I was also charged for transition strips that were never installed, and the remaining carpet that I paid for was supposed to be left for a future project, but the installers took it with them.

Superior installation are complete crooks. They are giving Home Depot a bad name . We cancelled our installation for the delorable communication. We were lucky to get our money back, but I had to continue to call and prove they never did the job

Terrible communication. They called to reschedule and they didn?t leave a message. So I was sitting around, missing work , without anyone communicating to me they needed to reschedule . Then they came and said it was extra money to add the seam so we would need to reschedule again. Again, this was never communicated to me. They said they would call me in 3-5 days to reschedule and they never called. I have cancelled my order and installation. Superior installation has terrible communication skills and terrible follow through with a project. I will never recommend them .
