I had 700sq ft of carpet put in our basement. I was scheduled for 12 to 1 but they did not show until 4:30. Next day instead of being 1st I was sch for noon. No show until 4:00 pm and did not leave until 12:30am. I wasted 2 whole days on what should have been a 1 day install. I asked the local HD for some kind of discount for me losing a whole day. There answer was "sorry that's just how it works out sometimes". I'm not happy at all with their scheduling or to bad excuses. I will shop elswere from now on.
